CULTURE VULTURES!
Wherever there is vision, vultures circle overhead, waiting to pick it apart.
These phrases are their favorite prey:
"That won’t work in my context." (Translation: Fear disguised as wisdom.)
"We’ve tried that before." (Translation: A comfortable excuse for not trying again.)
"I don’t have a team." (Translation: A refusal to lead until the road is easy.)
"We’ll get it right next time." (Translation: Procrastination in its finest form.)
"It’s good enough." (Translation: Settling for mediocrity instead of striving for excellence.)
"They look sharp." (Translation: Judging by appearances, not fruit.)
"You should do this." (Translation: Passing responsibility while avoiding accountability.)
"We’re good." (Translation: I won’t give you a chance to be a part of the vision.)
"How many do we need?" (Translation: Obsessing over numbers while losing sight of the mission.)
Don’t let the vultures starve your vision. Starve them instead—build a culture that values faith, action, and relentless growth.
